El productor de 'SungKyunKwan Scandal' declaró que, "El 18 de Mayo, Avex ha decidido comprar cada episodio en un estimado de $120 mil, lo cual el total es de $4.83 millones.
Un drama que no se ha estrenado, que ha atraido mucha atención del mercado exranjero, es muy raro; por lo tanto la popularidad de Micky Yoochun en Asia y la perfecta planeación de 'SungKyunKwan Scandal' han sido una vez más probada en Japón. Una vez que las noticias de que Micky Yoochun participaría en 'SungKyunKwan Scandal' como el personaje principal fue lanzada, se reportó luego en todos los medios de comunicación pricipales en Japón, que se habia convertido en el foco.
Avex Japan expresó, "'SungKyunKwan Scandal' es el primer drama debut de Micky Yoochun de DBSK en Corea, no solo Japón sino todo Asia estan peleando para obtener los derechos de emisión".
