"Es un hecho que retiramos la aplicación para regristrar la marca por el nombre 'DBSK' a finales del año pasado", un representante de la compañía dijo, luego añadió, "[También por este medio] anunciamos que el documento también se retiró."
SME aplicó al Departamento de Patentes en Agosto del 2009 para registrar como marca el nombre "DBSK", pero luego lo retiraron a finales del año pasado. Un gran alivio para algunos fans, pero no olvidemos que algún día ellos podran re-aplicarlo para registrar la marca una vez más.
