El 29º single del grupo Corano Tohoshinki, "BREAK OUT!", vendió un aproximado de 170,000 copias el primer dñia, y ocupó el primer lugar del Oricon Daily Chart el 26 de enero. Mientras estan en el medio de estruendos sobre separacion, esta es un buen comienzo que probablemente va a darles el primer luar en Oricon Weekly Chart por 7ma vez.
El título de la canción "BREAKOUT!", la cual contiene mensajes de ánimos a los jóvenes quienes estan tratando de dar lo mejor de si mismos, es el tema para el drama de NHK "Tomehane! Suzuri Koukou Shodoubu". La otra canción inclluida en el single es el solo de Junsu "XIAHTIC".
Tohoshinki lanzo su single "HUG" en Noviembre del 2004 para marcar su primera vez viniendo a Japón, y oficialmente debutó (en Japón) en abril del 2005 con su single "Stay With Me Tonight". Su primera entrada al Oricon Weekly Chart fue con su 7º single "Sky" (salio en venta en Agosto del 2006), el cual ocupó e 6 lugar de esa semana. Han estado constantemente en el Top 10 de la tabla desde entonces. Comenzando con su 18º single "Purple Line" (salio en venta en enero del 2008), han tenido 6 singles qu ocuparon el primer lugar en Oricon weekly chart, y actuallmente llevan el record de ser el único artista extranjero en obtener ese logro.
Estan planeando el lanzamiento de su primer best album "BEST SELECTION 2010" el 17 de febrero.
