Despues de anunciar un alto en todas las actividades Japonesas desde el 3 de abril, Jaejoong, Junsu y Yoochun de Tohoshinki ha anunciado el 14 que estarán formando una nueva unidad. Los 3 de ellos han firmado un nuevo contrato con Avez Management, y comenzarán sus actividades en Japón.
La nueva unidad, cuyo nombre actualmente no se confirma, estará performando el5 y 6 de Junio en Kyocera Dome en Osaka, y el 12 y 13 en Tokyo Dome, con el evento titulado "Thanksgiving live in Dome".
En cuanto a los medio de comunicación coreanos, tras la noticia de la nueva unidad, un representante de SM Entertainmnt dijo que como los contratos exclusivo aún son válidos, tener un comportamiento tan irresponsable e imprudente sin considerar el juicio es "lamentable".
Los 3 miembros en la nueva unidad habian protestado por su injusto contrato en Julio del año pasado, demandando a la compañía que con la que han estado desde su debut, SM Entertainment. En octubre del mismo año, la corte falló por el interdicto de los terminos del contratuales*, interrumpir eficazmente su contrato exclusivo.
Entretanto, el 14 de este mes, SM Entertainment presentó una nueva demanda contra los 3 miembros para buscar una compensación por daños, los asuntos se complican aún más.
Mientras que para los 2 miembros (Changmin y Yunho) que no participarón en la demanda, y aún estan bajo SM Entertainment, no es claro si estarán continuando con actividades japonesas bajo el manejo de Avex.
También, los fans en Corea han expresado, "Queriamos ver a los 5 meimbros trabajando juntos, pero siguen aún devididos al final" y "Esperamos que aún hagan sus actividades en Japón con entusiasmo".
